With ADHD, their emotional and decision making safe is 30% less. Wow. Visual reminders to support their weak inner motivation, sounds very important.

Would have been great if it was digestible for parents that have ADHD themselves

I myself have ADHD. I totally understand it.. Just think of it in your terms, like, what makes it easier for you? to make it in the world.
That is why Russ is big on parents becoming experts

Agree I like watching his other videos. Voice more animated. This has been hard to concentrate on

Barkley is great but i think he is wrong on a few things. Its often not that i dont want to do x its the pain and lack of pain soothing motivation (aka dopamine that is the problem). How can i be sure? When i take meds that pain is way less and its way easyer to do the same thing.

The weight loss idea? Not so much. Fashion mags present people with images of what people "should" look like, and they're ubiquitous. If it worked, we wouldn't have obesity in the numbers we do.
The visualization trick works...to a point. It doesn't work across the board.

If Barkley had my daughter Louise in his class he'd have said she was ADHD and ODD and drugged her. If he had my daughter Zoe in her class, good as gold, he'd have said she was SCT.

Oh really? He officially diagnosed them?

Barkley talks about his brother's death. It was the wrong twin who was killed. I think I would prefer Ron to Russ and Barkley talks about Richard Branson having ADHD. If Branson had been diagnosed and drugged he'd be Russell Barkley.

What is wrong with you? ...You need to be diagnosed with something and drugged
