I've enjoyed your latest Cuban adventure. I have to hand it to to guys; you veer off the traditional touristy path that most tourists would normally take yet you manage to have fun and take everything in stride especially when adversity strikes. Were your videos heavily censored by the government while you were there? And there's a current travel advisory regarding the Zika virus. How did you handle that issue? I'm looking forward to your future adventures 🛩
Hey Elaine, so glad you enjoyed our Cuban adventure! The only time we had trouble filming was when I pointed my camera at a government building (which you can see if you watch day 2). Other than that, people were just fine with the camera being pointed at them! And we don't really worry about viruses too much as the rate of infection is very low and Zika in particular isn't particularly bad unless you're pregnant 👍
Hey you guys! As much as I was resistant to the idea of Americans spending $$ in Cuba, this series was fabulous! I learned so much and especially charming were the interactions with the locals. While the gov't and its practices are beyond obtuse, the locals seem sweet, and charming... You two plus The Way Away plus Tal are a magical combination, and I loved watching some of the same experiences from different perspectives on 3 different channels... For all of you, should you ever desire more traditional jobs tv and movies are waiting for you. Eric and Josh, you are becoming fantastic videographers, I am sure National Geographic is just waiting for your call, Ashley, you get to be Samantha Brown, Alison, Diane Sawyer will need you when she retires, you have perspective, a wonderful voice, and a charming air of diplomacy, plus brains! And Tal, you need to head to Hollywood to be a movie star / just about the coolest guy EVER....such stage presence!

I so love seeing all those classic cars driving around, you'd think you're back in the 50's or so, wow! I am not a huge fan of haggling though. It depends, really. If a price is ridiculously high, then by all means haggle. But if it's already way cheaper than what you are used to (in your home country), then I would not bother. This is these people's living after all! P.S. Karina is so damn cute :)

I think Cuba is interesting to visit cuz its so vintage in many ways and rough but I wouldn't like to be there for many days, maybe just a few, also the people is not as nice as Mexicans. I've been to Mexico, never to Cuba but that's my take based on your videos.
I can hardly wait for the post-Cuba debriefing. I'm sure there are quite a few things about Cuba that one wouldn't be comfortable talking about on camera while still in Cuba. One of the things that mystifies me is how Catholicism and communism mix.
