It's about an orphan who is getting married, her friends are there, the bridal gifts are there, but her parents aren't. They're dead. You are so right in your comments; I don’t think that there is anyone who can match her in her range, her performance and how she interprets every song. As you say, most singers are good for the type of song they sing, but Diane is way above them all.

As Mr Peter Howells already stated, Diana gets into a complete trance when singing/performing. She admitted as such in an Instagram Q&A. (Check it out. It's really interesting. She's 'old' for her 18 years ,in a good way. Is also interesting to see how this sultry, prowling 'person' is so NOT who she is in real life..) but then the music starts, that switch goes "Click" and off she is.. Even as a cute 5-year old in the orphanage on a dance day, thingy, You can see that already happening. It's about an orphan who is getting married, her friends are there, the bridal gifts are there, but her parents aren't. They're dead. So she goes to the river which is the boundary between here and the afterlife to lament and ask for a blessing from her parents.

You are so right in your comments; I don’t think that there is anyone who can match her in her range, her performance and how she interprets every song. As you say, most singers are good for the type of song they sing, but Diane is way above them all.
Everything worked. Kudos to the stage designer, the choreographer, the musicians and the dancers. Diana's stage presence just glued you to this performance. Then pour her unearthly, ethereal vocals over the top of it all... mind blown.

As Mr Peter Howells already stated, Diana gets into a complete trance when singing/performing. She admitted as such in an Instagram Q&A. (Check it out. It's really interesting. She's 'old' for her 18 years ,in a good way. Is also interesting to see how this sultry, prowling 'person' is so NOT who she is in real life..) but then the music starts, that switch goes "Click" and off she is.. Even as a cute 5-year old in the orphanage on a dance day, thingy, You can see that already happening. She observes.. gets ' in the zone' and suddenly you see a tiny kid moving , dancing controlled like a grown-up.. in stark contrast to the kids' wildly flapping about around her. She doesn't even notice the others.
She's diffrent like Imagine Dragons perfoming her own style of vocal.
