"It happened two and a half years ago when I visited Erika in Amsterdam with Zuzi. We were about to leave for a bus to the airport, in a hurry, as we were unfamiliar with the town and tried not to get lost. But I really wanted to bring something from the trip for my “he is just a very good friend” :-). I love chai latte with coffee and I drank it a few times in Amsterdam as well, so I thought, that chai spice from that one small shop would be a really good souvenir! But we somehow couldn’t find it. Finally, at the last minute, I saw it and ran inside, while Zuzi was waiting for me outside with my luggage. And, surprisingly, we managed to catch the plane too! Fast forward, this particular chai spice still lives with my now husband, on our shelf, in our home. And that is why chai will be always so special to me, and why I decided to name my jewels after some of its main components :-).
This bracelet got its name from the greenish color of cardamom! It is a different fun way to bezel a rivoli - yay! Quick and versatile project, perfect as a last-minute gift, or outfit finishing!"
