Leigh, unfortunately we do not get a blueprint of where this life will take us and what our role is, in this life. You have had twists and turns in your life that you could not expect. We actually all have charts to follow, we just have amnesia about them on this plane. Numerous other NDEs describe this plus I’ve read multiple books on the subject. I wouldn't necessarily call it "country," but its certainly southern. I've heard much stronger "country" accents here in rural Ohio. And compared to some I've heard in Virginia and West Virginia, you sound like a Rhodes Scholar. The fact that you call it country hints that you probably don't live in the city. I grew up in the city, but nowadays I live out in the middle of nowhere. Glad to see you pushing forward. I grew up in Florida, sounds natural to me the "country" accent.
Interesting. We call them a dock in northern Wisconsin, not a pier.
We call them docks and piers, but people down south have names for everything.
