There are so many people with money just sitting and doing nothing. If you are informative and just let everyone you know or come in contact with the benefits of investing money for flipping real estate somehow, you will be surprised on how many PML you already know. Yall are flipping Geniuses!!!
Exactly! I'm about to close a home sale for a client who is about to make $90k. I did inform her about this type of investment, but she kept listening to a controlling boyfriend.
I am putting together a plan right now and will be looking for PML's within the month.

@@mannyf4915 I still have the money to lend but I realized the rate I’m looking for is above the market rate. Unfortunately I’m not willing to lend at the market rate since it doesn’t seem to be a good use of capital. The market rate seems to be around 10% with 1 point. My minimum is 12% and two points.

From what I've read, yes, it is illegal to solicit for funding like that in public forums like Facebook and stuff.
