When forced to confront the trauma of his past, Michael must tackle his emotions head-on, before all hope is lost.
This is a #SilentElephantProject film raising the awareness of men's mental health.
Some research suggest that men who can't speak openly about their emotions may be less able to recognise symptoms of mental health problems and are less likely to reach out for support.
This film was produced to bring this conversation to life and open up the opportunity for tangible discourse around the support available for men when it comes to mental health.
