My guitar teacher saw Yutaka yamashita in concert , and played the whole transcription of pictures at an exhibition. He told me it was the most amazing concert he had ever witnessed and he claimed that it was near flawless and apparently in that piece he had to create new techniques , I forgot exactly all of them he mentioned but I do remember theirs a part in the piece where he’s doing tremolo with his pinky only.
Speed is one thing, but playing with speed whilst also being in complete control of the timbre of the instrument AND maintaining an emotional intrigue on top that?? That's something truly amazing.

Kazuhito Yamashita, he's still one of the greatest and he's still playing I believe. Little girl playing Paganini is great, and yes amazingly relaxed.
