41 now. Married with 2 young babies. (1.5 and 10 days old) My raving days are over, but this kind of music brings me back to when times were so good. Things were simpler and and we thought we would be invincible. My hope is that my kids find music to help them make the memories I made so that they can listen back to it when that time, too, has passed.

All of these just remind me of Judge Jules and Dave Pearce on Radio 1 back in the late 90s and early 00s. I was too young to go out and experience properly back then so they were the gateway to all this when it was new. In the years since I've bought all these on vinyl like you have. The fact that we still hear these frequently on 'anthems' Radio shows, proves the longevity of these tunes.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting judge jules in the corridor in the middle of turnmills on a Saturday night. He was walking down the stairs dressed like a uv glow kid.albeit a very very por attempt. And had the nerve to take his glasses off and ask one his followers to clean them. I mean come on, can you get any more self degrading, you spun 3 or 4 songs and thought you were god 🤔 pmsl

Just discovered this mix before I left, listeners to it loads at the airports, when walking along the beach, in the rental car, etc. The experience was absolutely epic. On the Thursday night I went to see ferry Corsten (my fav DJ and first time seeing him or any other large act live) at Eden for shine Ibiza. Mental set, featuring tracks such as chicane offshore, hide U, three drivers greece and sunset on Ibiza, ferry Corsten punk and beautiful, system f out of the blue, gouryella anahera and the list goes on. Absolute surreal night and can’t wait to go again. These tunes are just so pure and can’t get enough, keep up the good work

I'm 412 years old next week and was listening to these tunes since Tudor times. The nostalgia runs so deep it's like 3rd degree burn on soft tissue. I'll be listening to these same tunes for the rest of my life, which will be longer than Sol will exist in current state.
