That UK entry was English morris dancing, the other 3 constituent countries have their own national dances.
Let's all remember that every country has dozens to hundreds of different cultures and people groups with their own form of traditional/national dance. These seem to just be a very generalized grouping of shows mostly seen in capital cities or important national events.

The irish bag pipe is called uillean pipes but u dont blow into it its like placed under ur arm but is similar to bag pipes and also the plaid skirt is called a kilt but these are also associated with scotland
