A technical question. Open G would be: DGDGBD. Or DGDGB and a muted E-string. This tuning is called G6. Does that mean, that you get the G6 chord on the open strings with a muted A-string? I'm not a real musician, so sorry for my dilettantish question.
One of the best guitar versions iv ever heard...is the E and A strings tuned down to get the bass notes?🎸👍👍👍....
thank you! yes I forgot to mention that. The low E and A strings are tuned down a whole step. So from low to high u have: D-G-D-G-B-E
