Multiplayer: Make it so you get guns by leveling up and in order to get the attachments for that specific gun, you have to use cod points which you get from playing the game, NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS!
Supply drops: 3 rarities, common, rare, and epic. Common supply drops drop common skin camos and have a chance to drop rare camos. Rare supply drops drop rare skin camos and have a chance to drop epic camos. Epic supply drops drop epic camos and have a chance to drop legendary gun variants and camos.
Supply drop system: 1 common per 20 kills-1 rare per 30 kills-1 epic per 45 kills, NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS!! Kills carry over matches so you can get 7 kills in one match and 13 in another and then you will get a common supply drop.
Gun Variants: example: m16 variant: M16-Commando-higher fire rate and better hip firing accuracy-debuff-more bullet spread
slower movement speed.
Legacy edition: Includes all future dlc AND Call of Duty WaW remastered. $80
Maps: maps will be similar to WaW and Bo1 combined. Maybe vehicles on the appropiate maps.

Actually it is based off a song called ace of spades and is based off a game that came out years before destiny called ace of spades...and if I'm right I'm not sure if it was IW or 3arc but one of them actually funded a bit for ace of spades (game) so no it is not a rip off
