Thank you Nerobax I was really waiting for this video because I just couldn't manage to level a good pit stop crew. I will now try out your tips and look forward to it. Thx mate
Great vid!!! even I never knew this was a thing in game however I still think most fatigue comes from the amount of pitstops you make in a weekend as simulating practice during my Mclaren run had my pit crew weary / exhausted most of the season until I just started doing practice myself and I started hitting my expected goals at the cost of practice taking some time. I hope you continue to make more vids like this in the future.
Didn't knew how to manage this, got my pitcrew wrecked in the end of the 2nd season, attributes around 15-20ish and 3,2 pitstop time After watching the pitstop training video finally started doing it right 😅
I try use the switch out between practice and quali with the caveat on sprints I only do the one switch and use the higher durability engine for practice 2 onward. Saves some fatigue.
Is it me or is not mentioned anywhere on the components/Pit Crew screen that changing components contributes to fatigue? No wonder I could never get my stats down even with Laurent at the head, I was always scheduling to be sub 49% come race day for the 10% error, but I guess that means we've been exceeding that every week (changing from race components to practice components, practice back to race components for qualy/race). Kind of a weird mechanic, as far as I'm concerned you can't see your pit crew's exhaustion levels during the weekend, so you just have to hope you don't cross that threshold or plan for a ~20% cushion each week?
Depends on what you prefer, if you want to minimize risk or minimize stop time. There is no real best answer there but as your failure chance goes down you can probably start investing more time into the gym to make the stops faster.
My pit stop ratings for my pit crew are all stuck at 0. My sporting director has 91 aptitude but no matter what I do they can’t get above 0. What am I doing wrong
There needs to be a way to view pit crew fatigue and any effects certain decisions might have on it during a weekend. Also its quite annoying that the default schedules will often leave you weary on race sunday. SMH giving these guys like 4 days off in a row and they showing up to work "tired" CMON!!! Although I suppose the mechanic of having to choose between strong powertrain or strong pitcrew is somewhat interesting
If you train with the pit crew at the lowest fatigue level you get a small boost to training. As such wouldnt really recommend to do training while tired/weary/exhausted.
@@NeroBax that’s so cool and interesting. Thank you for that info, it always confuses me. Btw, loving the content and tutorials, huge help! Starting with Alpha Tauri season 1, going for podiums!
Thank you Nerobax

This was my bane in this years game

It is not mentioned, I've been aiming at less than 10% fatigue on fridays before race weekend.
Thanks so much for this! Is gym training still yhe best to focus on?
As long as you keep your failure chance at maximum 10% you can go all in on the gym training I would say.
At least that's what I do.

That sounds suspicously like a bug, unless you've somehow managed to get a negative rating but I don't know if that is possible.
Pit stop mistakes are ruining my title charge, gonna stop changing components and power train parts see if makes any difference

I preferred it when you could make the pit crew OP. I get it wasn’t ideal for the game but it provided a great benefit if you really focused on it
You get pretty good while switching you just need a good sporting director and to only switch parts once a race weekend
You can still get a strong pit crew, it just takes time and the right staff.
Does having the pit crew going to weary or exhaust for training, will have any more negative effects?
