CPD in 43 | Fire safety design - Hydrock

Presented by our Wessex Region (17 November 2021) this is a recording of an online lunchtime CPD presented by Taj Shuriquie BEng (Hons) AIFireE, Fire Engineer at Hydrock.
This fire CPD provides a useful design insight into current guidance and legislation pertaining to fire engineering. The CPD is to cover prevalent fire safety design documents such as Approved Document B Volumes 1 and 2, British Standard 9999 (2017) and British Standard 9991 (2015). The latter part of the CPD provides an overview of common design issues experienced in fire safety design such as stair protection requirements and facilities for firefighting.
