- Massive story today that if proven true, may be one of the largest global frauds in the history of franchising. We remind viewers that these are allegations that have yet to be proven in a court of law, and several lawsuits are ongoing.
Mr. Jeff is a laundry franchise and has sold thousands of locations throughout the world, and now has set its sights on the USA. Our guest today Mr Marcos Enriquez is an entrepreneur in Madrid Spain who invested over $100k euros in a Mr. Jeff franchise and claims his Mr. Jeff experienced was far from what was promised. Marcos is now suing Mr. Jeff as are multiple franchisees who feel they have been fraudulently misled. As always we remind viewers these allegations have yet to be proven in a court of law, and we certainly welcome Mr. Jeff to the channel to share their side of the story.

Now 12 franchise owners, my self included, have filed a lawsuit in Spain against #MrJeff and #Jeffapp CEO, Eloy Gomez. We feel that we have been victims of #fraud in an International deliberate #scam and hope to unmask this unlawful sale of home-delivery laundry franchise businesses.
The Judge from the 3rd district court of Valencia has declared that there is enough evidence to investigate and has accepted our lawsuit.
Is there a way where we can follow the story? I am from Indonesia and they did the same to us!

Great interview, I am also one of the people scammed, I had mine in MEXICO CITY in Santa Fe, and I had to close after only one year. I tried to make the business work for that time but it was impossible with the franchise fee...

Same here with Indonesia! Their SUPER APP did not even bring one single client and they are forcing us to pay the royalty fee! Most of the franchisees here in Indonesia are mostly closing down. They are expanding fast in Thailand! They are a bunch of smart coordinated frauds...

A recruiter from Jeff App reached out to me for a job opportunity in the U.S. I'm currently doing my research on the company since the company is based in Spain and I came across this on TH-cam. This is very shocking. I hope that Marcos Enriquez gets his money back. All the best to you.

This is so heartbreaking story. This tells reading the contact very carefully is so important and sometimes you will miss something. It is so powerful to see this gentleman comes out and speaks about his terrible experience he encountered. I hope he get his money back at least. Thank you for sharing

Iam one of the franchisees in Indonesia, all of the Indonesian franchisees are not happy! They overpromised and did not even deliver anything at all!

I am one of the victims in Turkey. 90% of franchisees go bankrupt. it's a scam, don't waste your money on these mr jeff scammers

I almost invested in 3 Mr Jeff locations for Israel, but after contacting multiple franchisees in different markets (via Instagram and Facebook), and checking their projected P&L’s against the real costs, I decided it was not a franchise for me.

Wow, it sounds like they took him to the cleaners…..that was too easy. Never buy a franchise, after the first six months you realize that you could have done better on your own. Especially in the laundry business, they lease those machines from the manufacturer so you never have to buy them nor pay to have them fixed. They are knowledgeable about the business and could help you set up your business without paying for a franchise fee.
Late to the game seeing this...but just wow. As I position my company to offer franchises...what an eye opening story.

Also when I was working there they made my company buy their software and when they needed to make changes Mr Jeff told them that in order to have access to the backpage of the software that they would need to pay more money. If that doesn’t Scream scam I’m not sure what does.
