The sun is BRILLIANT! Believe it or not, I have a mushroom story! I was living in Eastern Oregon. One of my friends took me into the mountains to pick mushrooms. Cool! It ended up that my friend did all of the gathering. At the time, I was very sensitive and competitive (not a good mental outlook). Anyway, I took the fact that I was a failure quite personally. I told my friend, "I cannot help but feel that I am surrounded by mushrooms and they KNEW I would never see them. I am sure that as I walk right by them, they have their little hands up to their ears and stick their tongues out at me."She never took me out hunting mushrooms again ... but she did cook me up a whole mess of mushrooms, and I enjoyed them very much! Now, the only time I see or eat mushrooms is if I get an all-meat pizza with the "works"! LOL
Maybe it’s time you get back out there and find some mushrooms. Maybe this time you will see them! 🍄
