I also used to follow these steps when I was learning english. It improved me day by day and now I am able to speak English confidently.

2.Mirror-For Speaking
3.Before the day end make a note what you did the whole day-For Writing
4.Think in english(It will make you in the habit of english and also remove the gap of translation from hindi to english)

To copy way of speaking / accent : watch videos in English ( any entertainment video but English)
To speak fluently: try to copy the people who are native English speakers (the people you see in the videos) / just talk to yourself in shower or just repeat ay argument you think you could win .just do anything you do but in English
This is a way I improved my English easily in lockdown just by watching videos of America youtubers like ( Brent Rivera , Alexa Rivera and their friends ..., Sssniperwolf etc ) and read ffs ( fanfictions)
I am not a book reader ...tbh I never read a novel in my life other than school books ...it's just not my thing ... instead I read fanfictions where I learnt words which were new to me AND. Improved my English way easier than what she said ...
You don't have to always do sooo much ...just give yourself in and English speaking would be a cup of tea, piece of cake and IKR ! Tell me about it :)

I have also been trying to improve my English along with my communications skill. However, It takes a lot of effort in the beginning but over time it improve. To my own experience, i don't think it's a big thing to speak English in the age of 13. I used to study in CBSE, In 2nd or i thought in 3rd class. Where my age is about to 9-10year. I also able to spoke English in a good way and in my home nobody talks in English. So age doesn't matter is correct. But most important when you understand the things. Btw she's very good in english language.

English ek language hi h bhai...or ha...ye jo hum bdi bdi baate krte h na k..bina English k bhi ye bna ja skta h vo bna ja skta h....to mere bhai... corporate me to possible hi nhi....vha foregine client k sth kya Hindi me baat kroge....iska nuksan ye hoga k mehnt aap kroge or mja aapka manager lega aapki mehnt ka..coz u don't know to present yourself......new Language or skill seekhne me koi burai nhi hoti ...insaan seekhta hi h ...or seekhna buri baat nhi....
