@Anthony Barilla So true! Jay is my man. In the old setup I would be in there for hours talking to Jay and the customers at the store. Nate was a huge help filming this. He caught all the b roll.
@Great Lakes RC Very cool experience. I'm not scripted so it was so hard to think about what I was going to say steering at all those RC's all around me😆 I go there all the time but it's different when no other customers are in there.
@No Limit Fishing Maybe the shell, maybe but once you look at the chassis looks like any other truggy. Maybe even more like a race truggy with the C hubs in the front.
@Fog City RC Hey John, yeah man it was really cool. I didn't know it was going to be so hard because I'm not scripted and I had all those RC's all around and I could think is which one should I buy😆
Dbxle 2.0 or xmaxx? I prefer xmaxx offroad capability but at the same time i hate traxxas and their plasticy chassis with all plastic threads , had erevo and that was nightmare the worst rc ever
I’ve had the pleasure of owning 4-5 e revos! Still have two and the last one I sold to a buddy, is still around me daily, with that said, we live next door to a skate park……. These 3 revos I’m referring to live most of there lives at the skate park! They are all still here, plasticy chassis never bent, dual battery trays to protect your expensive batts, I’ve got 6200 mah 3s that goes in mine, that’s 12,400 mah! And at worst I’ve pulled a couple plastic $3 rod ends out! I’m almost certain the guys that hate on traxxas go out of there way to do so, grabbing at thin air! GTFO. I’m not paid to say this shit…… just drive the Fock outta my revos and they never break!
@Angry Lynx November Juliet PL® Two completely different RC's IMO. Even for the purpose of how I run them. I've got videos on both. DBXLe 2.0 I've hit the ramps. ran with sand paddles, rip on grass, rip in a parking lot, tons of fun. The XMaxx pretty much the same except sand. With the XMaxx I'm not afraid to go straight stupid, it was made for it. Not that you can't do that with the DBXLe but it was not made for that. It is a purposeful RC. Regarding battery packs for the DBXLe 2.0, a lot of people don't catch that in the manual but it is recommend on no less than 100C packs. I've only ran on 100C or higher. For MAH I started out with 6500MAH it gave me about 15 minutes on a cold day with the way I drive. I've since gone up to 7200mah. I say that, unless you are currently utilizing these types of packs, chances are you are going to have to buy new packs for the DBXLe 2.0.
@@mattjohnsonpowervlogs9762 im glad it works for you. I didn't have had one drive without breaking something and after about year i replaced every part of that pos. Went with comp truggy ofna x2 - all problems gone, incomparable quality, day and night. Like trabant to ferrari
@@ReadySetRC thanks for reply that clears a little for me, though still undecided lol i want xmaxx but i know ill hate the lack of quality im used to with comp truggy with all 7075 alus
Looks awesome! Thank you for sharing!🙂👍
@Rc Swede Thanks for stopping by👍
Willis hobbies is awesome. Jay and Nate are both great. I’m In there at least 3x a week

Very cool that the hobby shop let you unbox the truck and do a video 👍

Great video Neal! Looks fantastic! Love all the details on this vehicle even down to the thoughtful mud guards that all Truggies need! 😊✌️
@EVERYDAY RC Hey Chris! Yeah this looks well thought out by the folks at Traxxas. I'm really liking this truck.
Literally looks just like the kraton
@No Limit Fishing Maybe the shell, maybe but once you look at the chassis looks like any other truggy. Maybe even more like a race truggy with the C hubs in the front.
Just put a deposit down on one yesterday, can't wait
@Rich P NICE! I put myself on the list too. I think we are looking at next week to get these in our hands. CAN"T WAIT!
Good Stuff Neil!
@Fog City RC Hey John, yeah man it was really cool. I didn't know it was going to be so hard because I'm not scripted and I had all those RC's all around and I could think is which one should I buy😆
@@ReadySetRC that hobby shop is amazing 👏
@@fogcityrc4874 I get lost in there for hours😆
Slow down bro! You're killing it...
@Tracy Lee Man you have no idea, I'm just dreaming of RC's now😆 Can't get them out of my head!
@@ReadySetRC I totally get it... The addiction is strong. Not a bad habit to have tho.
@@Daywalker_Lee True! At least you learn something👍
Seen one in person earlier today at my friend's hobby shop on my Lynch break, didn't have time see it run through 🔥💯👍. Salute 😎
@just 4 kicks Me too I can't wait to see the rip.
@Ready Set RC Did you see Kevin's run vid ?
@@just4kicks950 Not yet I'm so backed up on my viewing.
@Ready Set RC I feel ya bro ! Got my carbon fiber chassis plates for the Reeper after a long wait . Don't have time to install.
Very nice looking truck
@Fred Williamson It's very impressive in person👍
💪🏾💯🔥🤴🏾
@CoachD RC Thank you fam🤜🤛💯🔥
Such a cool truck
@The Jeepin’ Realtor It wasn't until I saw it in person did I truly appreciate what's going on this truck.
Very cool so what you’ve seen is the price tag reflected of the QC and build of this rc car ? In your opinion? Of course 🙏
I guess he didn't have an opinion🤣 I can't (as of now) justify the $850 (before batteries/charger) price tag🤔
💤💤💤wake me up if you run it.💤💤💤💤💤
@spike Will do but for me dreaming of RC's is better than watching a run video😊
@@ReadySetRC
I like both.✌️
My kids don’t really need to eat right?
@Jason Perrin RC Nah! I told mine there are crumbs in the cupboards😆
Dbxle 2.0 or xmaxx?
I prefer xmaxx offroad capability but at the same time i hate traxxas and their plasticy chassis with all plastic threads , had erevo and that was nightmare the worst rc ever
Also losi is much heavier so im worried about runtimes as i can't afford to buy many batteries for those already super expensive toys
