That’s a great question. I wouldn’t say it’s legal or illegal because I’ve attempted to post on the e-commerce market and they took it down immediately. Some e-commerce platforms had no problem with it as long as it causes no harm. Just like selling replica purses and shoes on the internet. The same applies to the designer charms. If I were you, I’d put “designer inspired” in front of whatever you’re selling so you won’t get in any trouble. Most times, it’s completely safe.
