    Very informative. Exactly the type of video I have been looking for because it includes the right level of detail about each step. Loving what I am finding in your channel!

      Techniques still the same though! I’m just getting into light painting and watching a tonne of content but yours seems to explain it in simple terms.

      Haha I’m glad to hear that. Light painting is simple...if you know what you’re doing. Nothing beats practice but I like to make people as prepared as possible

    As a new photographer that just downloaded LR and PS, everything you said made sense but dang you really focused on the detail, it would take me months to learn all the little tricks and details!
    very well portrayed!

    Amazing work. Question, why did you light paint instead of strobe the car? I am shooting a car for the first time and will go for a lit look and my gut tells me don't try what you just did, all those added layers in photoshop scares me!

    • @ShootingDave
      @ShootingDave  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks. Well strobing won’t make those layers go away. Either way will require some layers depending on how much control you want. As to why I light paint? That’s a great question. It just comes more naturally to me
