He's talking about a prophetic word that the Lord told him in 1977 about Sweden, that there will come a revival greater than anything before in history, BUT God said it will only happen to the same extent that you (the believers in Sweden) pray. Meaning, if the church in Sweden only pray a little then it will only be a small revival. So mr Enarson is telling everyone to pray like they've never prayed before. And to repent, like in 2 Chronicles 7:14.
