So I headed out to the spillway in hopes to land my first fish with my new new setup! Had a fun day! and got to try my new setup! Which daiwa was you talking about with the good sensitivity
Diawa RG walleye spinning rod. From our experience Diawa and St Croix have the best sensitivity out of the rods we have tried.

@@brooksboysoutdoors might get this rod for the wife in a 5'6 or 6' ultra light/light model. Would you say this rod feels like its worth the $120? She is mostly concerned about weight and looks, which kind of traps me into a few options.
Like you mentioned the Keitech's durability is trash. I personally prefer the Googan Saucy Swimmers but there's plenty of other options. Keep putting out the content brother.
