The Only One Intense is sexier and more tropical. It’s like Mugler Alien’s hot cousin from Hawaii. Rouge Malachite is their older aunt who’s sophisticated and conservative.

These two perfumes are also very similar to L'Interdit eau de parfum Intense by Givenchy, and Armani Code Cashmere, and all of the four perfumes are sublimely beautiful. Preference according to my taste: 1. Rouge Malachite / 2. Armani Code Cashmere / 3. The Only One Intense / 4. L'Interdit.
I have herd a lot of people speak of the similarities between the only one and rouge malachite but if I’m not wrong you are the first person to actually do a dedicated comparison video also including the inspired version from Juliana’s fragrances! Thank you so much Karina! Also your recommendations are just 💣 and You describe them perfectly as I would feel about the perfumes! Both the fragrances are a love for me and I’m looking forward to purchasing a full since of the only one as I only have a mini of it… like you said it’s so beautiful and creamy that it just makes me smile!

thanks for comparing the two, I also don't find them to be so similar. also both of them get compared to Alien a lot which for me is also a completely different scent profile. Idk maybe it's just me but I own all three and they are quite different.
Alien: jasmine dominant, very strong, sexy, grapey (date night, cooler weather)
The only one intense: orangeblossom dominant, a little fruity, grapey, creamy and very sweet and woody (nice in the heat, all occasions)
Rouge malachite: tuberose and ylang-ylang dominant, aromatic opening, creamy, elegant, woody.
still all white florals of course, but I wouldn't ever think of these as dupes. love them all, D&G is my fave tho ❤

@@thuvo5167 i don’t find either of them to be oriental, both can be signature scents for sure but d&g is more crowd pleasing. It doesn’t have a tuberose note tho while rouge malachite does have a prominent one ! Hope that helps :-) I love both but you have to appreciate the aromatic touch about RM to love it

I own both. However both are different on my skin. I like DG much more. DG is more sweet n creamier.
Also, Bouquet Encore L'Orchestre Parfum is remind me of this perfume.❤
Alien Fusion is a really nice dupe for Rouge Malachite. I didn't care for Bad B**** by Julianna's Perfumes. They do have other nice dupes though.

Also great video! I will compare the only one intense. I have been ignoring it. I totally agree that the Julianna’s perfume perfume is very different. I like it a lot, but I don’t think it smells that much like RM.

Rouge malachite also smells very similar to Armani code satin which has been discontinued.
I wonder how true this rumor is ? I reached out to the company and they denied it so I’m not too sure cause communication seems to be all over the place, but this is the second time I’ve heard this. The 1st time it came to my attention was July 2021 ?!? I have no idea if it’s true or false but I better stalk up just incase. Love the videos ❤️ Keep up the amazing content.
I think it's not discontinued overall, but it could be discontinued in the US... They have just added two new scents to the Privé line so I don't believe they would discontinue the bestseller
I tried to buy Rouge directly from the USA Armani site in December and the website said “discontinued,” at that time. I panicked and tried to find it at all the luxe dept stores, only one had it back ordered, wouldnt ship for 3 months. I was afraid it was a mistake and my order would be cancelled - ended up getting a sealed in box, new bottle from a seller off Mercari who also said it was discontinued in her listing. She had purchased hers overseas. I paid more than retail and it’s totally worth it. I really hope they don’t discontinue it - it’s great.
All I got from The Only One Intense was Jasmine no coconut or anything else came through. Reminds me of Alien it? I returned it quick.
All Dolled Up from Belayerd smells very very close to Armani RM but "THEY" don't have it's listed as a dupe... I returned Julianna's Perfume Bad Bitch. I don't know if it was the musky or Sage. It's smelled dirty, I definitely preferred All Dolled Up. It's beautiful and very sexy.
I can't smell any similarity between both of them. I find Rouge Malachite is more similar to Alien/ Mugler
They have only just put the prive range it into new bottles why would they discontinue it

I personally don't like the Rouge on me but on my Husband it smells amazing, it has like a bite to it that smells fresh and sexy in the best way. I don't like cedar on me so if your a girl that likes sweet fresh and clean this isn't it.

To my nose Ruge smells like Alien
am i trippin or the only one intense doesn´t have tuberose in it... isn´t it just cedar, white florals, crisp and coconut...

These don’t smell ANYTHING alike.
To me, the opening of D&G is so similar to Givenchy L'interdit (which I don't like). Luckily it doesn't last long.... the dry down is more similar to RM.
I love and own both D&G and RM. ☺️
The only one intense is sexy while rouge malachite is boring and conservative.
