I’m 47 years old, I’ve been healthy my whole life. I was just dx with severe allergies and asthma. To say it has had a profound impact of my mental health, is an understatement! My allergist told me that I’m going through the grieving process of losing my old life of being healthy. I’m also a nurse, this has humbled me to my core. My heart goes out to all of you. 💔
