I have purchased a 2bhk apartment in ashiana Tarang in bhiwadi. As same as this one. Same brand same apartment but the difference in price only. This one is in Gurgaon n mine one is a Bhiwadi. f the budget dies not allow. U can go for ashiana Tarang as well. That cost u 30 lac means half of the amount here.

This project is a very nice project with all updated facilities, but sir don't you this this is overpriced, if we look some other projects in 500 mtrs proximity signature is providing low rise starting from 37 lakh i think . I know proper facilities would not be there ,but according to your theory you can pay little high money for facilities not the double.
I am not sure about Signature Global but Ashiana is definitely good no second thoughts. This is ready to move in unlike something you are waiting to be delivered. Ashiana is transparent as well. I am a owner of Rangoli Gardens Jaipur for the last 6 years having booked flat in 2011. The delivery time and maintenance is just too good. Project landscaping is good and I see the same in case of Ashiana Anmol.

@@gurugramestatepvtltd its really too far...I visited after checking ur video n one way drive is 20 kms from Subhash chowk...I completely agree with Abhishek that although its a part of gurgaon but u r very much cut off from the main gurgaon...its just for the namesake that it's in gurgaon...U should clearly put our in video how much far is it...u don't have access to hospitals ,metro,offices ...uber n ola connectivity is almost nil...
