You cant see it in this footage but there was a kid, maybe 11, wearing the mask, crowdsurfing on top of his dad and flipping the crowd off during this set and it was easily one of the most metal moments ive witnessed.

I’m American and this is by far my favorite band for the past year when I found out about Slaughter. Whatever is going on in current world events, music cures all and has no borders. Keep on slaying Alex and the rest of Slaughter!

Was such a sick show. I was the one waving the flag in the dust bowl pit. Made it for the show and ended up meeting Alex at the sound booth before Hatebreed later that day. It was the best day ever. Gifted him the flag🤘

Hatebreed was insane. They played lots of old shit including Perseverance and I Will Be Heard. Was just moshing in the back with my flagless flag pole during it haha.

when you see bands preform at festivals and the sides of the stage are packed with members from other bands its really special. knowing that they love sluaghter as much as we do.

A good amount was smaller local bands. Alex was super nice to everyone. You can even find a short of him having a scream off against one of the local band dudes from "dead reckoning"

@Joseph Rosenbalm only certain sections were layered/pre recorded. Other than the couple areas they set it up the rest was raw
@Joseph Rosenbalm And so does almost all artist these days, but it is pretty clear what is pre recorded and what is live and I myself am super impressed. Especially the lyrics are more or less impossible to do properly live but Alex does a damn good job.
@Joseph Rosenbalm How the hell do you want to put all of the vocals from the record in a live show? Come on, technology is here to help, the fact that they used pre record vocals didn't ruined any part of the show.
@Joseph Rosenbalm I don't expect Alex to do all the vocals how he's doing it. I'm still fucking impressed how much he can actually do live. And I've heard enough studio and live to know that not much is prerecorded at all.

I hate phones at concerts too, but that's how modern metalheads roll now, they attend concerts not just for themselves but for their friends and communities at home/online.

But it's okey - they don't have anybody who do backs, also it's better to have breaks in songs if you don't want to murder your own throat... you still had a tons of job, also you must be "absolutely perfect" to the back tracks... and they don't have ear monitors - even harder.

What's so insane about it? Tons of bands do this, if you look at the front of the stage, those speakers that are pointing back towards the band are monitors.

@@vincelc3004 if he has nothing in his ears whatsoever then yes but it's surprisingly not extremely loud on stage since all the speakers are projected out words. Really the only thing that you can hear clearly if you're up on stage is the drums

Saw these boys in Fort Worth Texas on tour with Bodysnatcher and I will never forget how warm and kind the entire band was. This was 2019 and they were immaculate. Chef kiss 💯. I love you guys and wish you all the best forever and ever
