The more plants photosynthesize, the faster the growth. There might be no answer to growing and gardening, but in my experience, more vines and leaves = more transpiration and growth of caudex. Maybe next year, you could do a test of trimming one specimen and leaving one to vine out, water it more, and see some differences. Appreciate your videos. It's happy to see footage of magnificent, healthy growth of your caudiciforms!
Love this video so much! Learned alot and funny to watch! Got a small question tho: it is Raphionacme? And what specie? I cant seem to find it😅. Love the team work and beautiful tshirt, keep up the good work.👍
Robert, please 🙏 , have you encountered soil oribatid mites? do you think they should be destroyed in the conditions of keeping plants in the apartment? I read that oribatide mites can only be destroyed with organophosphorus insecticides, it is impossible to use these drugs in an apartment. And I'm confused, because there is absolutely no information about soil mites.
Hi there, I’ve never come across them in my experience, but from what my understanding, they seem to be beneficial to the soil. They can help with soil decomposition, meaning they can break down particulate matter that may cause fungus and bacteria. Hope that helps.
Amazing garden throughout the seasons! Its cool to see all the greenery and growth taking place! Another great video! Thanks Janelle!

It’s like two different worlds, the way these plants react makes you really tune in with the different seasons and weather. Great work!
Thank you! Really appreciate it. It is like 2 different worlds, you’re so right. Such a huge difference so we wanted to show that.
Amazing video! One worry I have about leaving my plants outdoors is damage from pests. How do manage all the critters and keep your plants healthy?
Wow!!
So intresting, love the video. Keep it up!
Appreciate it, thank you!
GORGEOUS PLANTS!
Thank you!

Thanks so much!! Glad you enjoyed it. They are Raphionacme flanaganii.
@@PotsbyRobert thx! Would you say it is easier to grow than fockea or the same? It seem to be less common than fockea here in Europe.
Yes, definitely less common and harder to find than a fockea. If you find one, buy it!
