    The Mariånas islands were the first settled in entire Oceania. The very first European contact in Pacific Oceania was in 1521 on Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands. This is really amazing history and thank you for putting it together🙏

      nunyabiznes you said that the Spaniards headed from Guam to Mexico in the early 1500'S however Mexico was not even a nation on planet Earth. until 1821 before 1821 there were no Mexicans Nation or Mexican people on planet Earth .everything North of the Rio Grande The United States I wanted and entertain the thought of getting 7 million dollars for the Americans to attain everything North of the Rio Grand so they offered the people of Tenochtitlan City 7 million dollars a reward for seceding from Spain. More care have to be done or you're rewriting history

      Fr.Hezel has lived in Micronesian for 60 years and contributed to the welfare of the chuukese people. He is very well respected among Micronesians.

    I wish the missionaries would of taken the time to really learn and recorded the cultures and customs so the native islanders would of not lost so much of it.

      Thomas Kostka they don’t give a fuck. Their heads were up in their ass preaching their ideologies and lookin down on them because they were savages that needed their type of saving. My ancestors are dead and so has my identity.

    • @roshawnacharley3878
      @roshawnacharley3878 4 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Thomas kostka....the reason why they didnt taken the time to learn and recorded the culture and customs is because they thought they didnt need to learn it, for they were going to change or remove most of the micronesia's culture and customs.

      Mexican people have history books about millions of people residing from texas to north carolina in apartment style buildings before America was "discovered". The only way to get that info is from Mexico

    • @uts4448
      @uts4448 ปีที่แล้ว

      lol The missionaries weren’t interested in learning about our culture because it went against the church. They were trying to “save” us. Their religion is the reason why most of the cultures and customs are gone. (Sorry don’t mean to offend anyone if you are Christians, but this is the truth.)
