Brought to tears. I cannot visualize things but anytime you mentioned the gold orb in my heart , I became emotional. I now know that I can do hard things that’s are to come, as I continue living in this new realm! I also know how important something is for this new journey of mine. The meditation would be much better if there were less talking. As I was trying to concentrate and visualize the person constantly had another thing to say.
