I really like the focus Mr Eeuwe Kooi has on the values of sailing and living on board. His use of aluminum in his projects is very sensible, as they are precise, light and efficient in the details, in addition to being up to date with regard to the environment. I've been studying and analyzing several of his projects. I was a sailor, today, I gladly accept the "trawler" as a great alternative for me, at my 77 years of age, and in good health Thank God. I recently sent the KMY company information about the Besteaver 49", as I couldn't find more details about it. If possible I would like to see some describable details about its construction and its performance, lines, stabilizers, accommodation design, its cruizing range and From the videos I've watched from the 53", I think, I could be wrong, a tendency when above 8 knots of a "trim" that, it seems to me, lose sight of the horizon line? My option is transoceanic trips, my backyard is Atlantic, Pacific, etc, not sheltered waters, on the contrary! I like the 49" style, would it be more suitable for coastal shipping..? Thanks Roberto
