I don't think anyone thinks this dance is easy to do. The video of this song and the animation are fine for animated characters but looked in certain parts way too sped up to make sense for an actual human body
The reason the animation looked so smooth was because the dance was so exaggerated. It's actually insane to see someone managing to translate that into choreo that can be done irl. Good stuff.

You memorized basically 5 minutes!! And you did facial expressions the whole time along with keeping all the movements powerful which is insane bc this dance is hard!!👏wow ty for your hard work!!
Nice. One trick I do when learning dance moves is to practice them with the songs SUPER slow...that tones the muscles and helps me get smooth/relaxed moves. Then I practice the song at faster speeds until I'm at about 1.20x speed of the original (That really loosens your moves up). Then when you practice the song at normal speed...everything is super smooth.
