    Three points.
    1) Really good consideration of all the variables when you did your test. The only thing you forgot to tell us is was there any kind of strong constant headwinds on the majority of your range test and what kind of tires you were using (road, hybrid, off-road), and what pressures you were running them on when you did the test. Both of these combined will have a huge influence on the results.
    2) 10:15 I think you found the main reason for such a large discrepancy between the manufacturer's claimed range and your actual range. WEIGHT is a very influencing factor in motor power consumption.
    Imagine if you had to sprint a 100m race whilst piggybacking something on your back. First race, try it with 2 bags of 50kg (110lb) cement mix bags tied to your back.
    In the second race, do it with an empty backpack. The difference in power required, energy consumption and time taken is immense.
    3) In your situation with the noticed degradation of the battery pack over the years, you are actually in a position to get that range back . . .FOR FREE. . . in fact you would save money AND get your range back. Sounds great right. You want that? . . . . yes. - - - - - start losing weight :) - - - - - - how much do you want it now?

      Hi thanks for the comment :D ! Glad you watched my video. 1) yes you are right and thats a valid point I did forget those veriables :) so in terms of wind there is hardly any wind here in Vilnius, so I think it is safe to say I was riding during wind free conditions....as for the tires I got TOUVT semi offroad tires hmmmm ok thats a good point actually cuz I did the test with regular tires....and presure 3.5 BAR or about 50 PSI so the presure I think was pretty high and should have helped with the range
      2) Yes that is very true :)
      3) Haha lets make fun of the fat guy :D yeah ok ok ... but seriously my weight did not change much from the first day its like +2 or 3 Kg so here I kinda dissagree with you, but I can kinda see what you are trying to say that if I weigh less the automatically the range should go up naturally, because my point was that the range dide not go down because over the years I gained 3kg :DDDD so if i love 3 kg the range is going to come back ... its gona take much more than that to get it back :)
      how much do I want to get back my range ? :D well not that much as im done with food delivery job so I dont need the big range anymore, but I am happy to say I am taking mesures and I am losing the weigh :)

      @@Guitarnoob99 Ah I forgot about the food delivery job hence the amount of Km's.
      Really good point about the negligible weight difference over time. If all other variables are the same that definitely shows the effects of battery cell degradation over time. One thing I learned when I purchase my Vsett10 is that because there are three different battery sizes, the range is not the only difference between them (although it's the main one).
      I learned that the larger the battery capacity, the less the voltage sag under high power consumption. I think it's because there are more cells in the pack so the work is shared over the greater number of cells. This should help to some degree in minimizing cell degradation over time.
      On top of this, if you have two people commuting the same distance every day, and one has a battery pack twice the size of the other, that would mean he most probably would be charging approx half the number of times as the guy with the smaller battery pack, hence his battery would last longer because he is cycling it half as often.
      Both these factors instantly made me drop the smallest battery option in favor of the mid-sized option. (The 28ah option was too expensive unfortunately)
      Seasons greeting from here in New Zealand. Christmas is fast approaching here which means holidays and lots of food in this part of the world so I better be careful or I will be the one losing range on my scooter :)

    I got the light Version of the vsett10 + and i would buy a secound one, cause im Loving it.
    I bought it to get to work. Every day i rode by bike 12km to work and then 12km back home.
    It takes at 25 - 32kmh 45 /55min (12km) with the bike.
    Today im gonna try vsett10 + with full battery, 30- 50kmh, dual motor (without boost Button)

    I also have the same range with single or dual motors on my 11+. Also, after more than two years, I haven't noticed any battery degradation. I always drive the same route to my workplace 35 km total, and it always starts with 67V and I return with 58V. I believe it has some 20 more kms in it after that which is noticeably less than what vsett claimed it should do. I have to admit I never juiced it all the way, never bellow 57V, actually, maybe that is the secret why my battery seems like brand new. If I could change something on my 11+ is the weight and brake discs that are the same like on bicycle 40kg lighter than this beast. Discs should be thicker, they bend and squeak.

    I use my lights all the time because even in sunlight you often encounter shade under trees over bike lanes on the road.
    I do the same on my high end carbon road bicycle, because i really don't trust many of the motorists out there today that haven't riden either, or are not spatially aware.

    Hello Thomas... As Vsett10 user i must say that your calculation is right for your weight... I have 25.6Ah battery and 200lbs and i do 75km in summer and like 40km max. now when are low temperature... have riden 3300km now and i must say it works awsome but i will see next year how battery will work... wish you many safe miles 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

    Hello , at what voltages does your vsett 10+ turn itself off and how many volts are there with a fully charged battery? Drive safe

    I have gotten close to 90 Km but im 140 lbs and ride in single motor, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle, if you are past a certain weight, single motor wont work for you as it causes the single motor to push more weight, therefore dual motor would be more efficient.

    I get between 28 and 33 miles out of my Chinese 20.8ah battery vsett 10+ but I only have 500 miles on it. Punch level 3 always dual motor and 60% power in p settings. I weigh 175lbs.

    I love my Vsett and I get 100km range using the 2 speed with the range battery extender.

    Mine beast is on the way to me now, cant wait to hop on it man..i guess knowing myself i will drive it on max settings yea..with the kick start so my kid don’t wreck it by pushing throttle in place. So i can expect around 30-40km at those settings with biggest battery. And its totally good for me. I don’t need more than 10-15 km per day for commuting purposes. Thanks again for the video man!       Labas labas :) I could answer in lithuanian but then everyone else probably would not understand my comment xD
      So to answer your question YES I think it is still worth buying for the simple reason that it retains the good stuff and it has been upgraded over the years to eliminate all the foults it had at the start. On thing that still is shit as I talked to new owners and I see it on the internet ar the brakes but that is not Vsett that makes them but Zoom ... and these are piece of crap!!! many el/scooters have them and they are very poor quality as they could start leaking after as little as 300km of use or in my case 3000 km but in short they are not good.

    If you did 200 cycles of charging you would be at 14k km. 6500 km / 70 km = 93 cycles only. So yeah kinda worrying for such little cycles

    On single motor at 8 mph on the 25.6ah I was able to reach 60 miles. Im 104kg
