You said you need Frequency Modulators for the USS FRANKLIN. And you can get them by hunting Swarms. How many do you need ?

​@@CecilMilam to take the Franklin from tier 1 to tier 9 you need 20.1 million frequency modulators. That is the raw cost, and it's a LOT. But there is research you can do in the Starships tech tree that brings that cost down by around half
