Their Requisition is not bugged. They have a wait timer on their special units as well. So when you destroy their army, they have to re-up with regular units.
quick question: the enemy can have infinit special troops and you can have only half of that, now what is the half of infinity?
The settings are halved, regular and infinite. It’s half of the regular amount. Not half of infinite like you’re asking.
