My husband and i have been married 20 years now and yes we do send cards. So birthday's, anniversaries, and valentines and we've kept everyone in a "memory box" when it was our anniversary this year we looked through our memory box from 20 years ago it was fun.
My girlfriend just started diving from seeing these videos and she found so much stuff she found me $245 retro Jordan’s !!! New clothes bath and body works candles ulta make up case shoes earrings I could go on it’s crazy what they throw away she loves going where do you guys buy the grabber !?
I love it when you find bodies in the dumpster. 😁😁 I showed you some things you can do with those cards and that card stock. I'd turn all of that into other stuff. 😁 Sew that garment bag with 15lb test line, (fish line), and sell it at your yard sale.
Over the years I have repurposed old rolling suitcases/totes to store my hobby items like scrap booking, art supplies, etc. My husband uses them to store specialty tools, hunting/shooting equipment. Then it all stacks neatly in a closet and out of the way. Have you SEEN what the craft stores charge for a "scrap booking tote"? Anywhere from $50-300 dollars. A hunting/sporting goods store will charge even more for rolling specialty cases...up to $450. So reuse those old suitcases for sure!! If you're not a dumpster diver, buy them on the cheap at a Goodwill or other thrift shop.

The invention was based on Morse code that was extended to thin and thick bars. However, it took over twenty years before thisinvention became commercially successful. So......if you ever find something OLD without a barcode then its worth a lot of money xx
Had the beddings stuff too, donate to the homeless , senior citizens, shelters even the sodas , so sad 😢 😢 how much good stuff being dumped to the landfills 😧😧
So much waste that these companies would make needy families very happy. Especially like when families might get help to get a place to live and some of this stuff could be donated to furnish a home and toys to some children they may have toys, books, games to call their own. Endless ideas
I found over 5000 card packs and invites..had to throw 1\2 away..cause no room..and remember that cardboard food out box that has lol ours with little cubby holes on it..I'm putting that up in front of them all and sell 10 for 1.00. I have like 3000 to get rid of..Thanks for all your new vlogs..

When I worked for J.C. Penney about 15 years ago..the company had us find the leftover clearance that still hadn’t sold..scan them and box them up to send back to the distribution center...idk what happened to them after that...but there was literally no wasted merchandise that I ever saw at the 2 stores I worked at..then u think about what amazon does with the pallet sales of leftover returns etc...I wonder why these stores don’t do something like that with the throw away...it’d make more sense to get what u can out of it then to get nothing but the write off anyway from throwing it all out
A good idea would be sell a lot of card for like $5. Have 6-8 in the lot. And $5 plus 2.99 shipping would be worth the lot. You could even do a lot of 10 cards. You make money for your effort and the buyer gets a nice set of cards at a great price right to their mailbox. You know cards and bags are so expensive at places like target. And then for disabled people who can’t go to the store but need a card to send a friend or grandchild. Something like that suitcase needs an embroidered patch or something to cover the torn place. I hate to throw anything away. Unfortunately my husband is the same way. But I’ve gotten brave and I just pick things up list them and never give it another thought. And it hasn’t hurt much at all. Hey about the shoe. I found out that people will buy one shoe. It’s people who only have one foot. I think the lady named Suzanne A wells have an eBay video about selling one shoe. Makes since. She has been selling since early 2000s maybe longer. Next time I have one shoe I’m going to try it. If I only needed one shoe I would hate to buy two. Great video. Your grandchildren sure are lucky. I know this is old, but I use to work for American greetings. I’m surprised you found everyday cards still wrapped. Although they may have been overstock/discontinued. We were told to pour bleach on them to destroy them to prevent exactly what happened, you finding them and possibly selling them. It was soooooo hard to trough away perfectly good merchandise. I don’t know how It sometimes ended up in my car. Wink wink
I used to merchandise cards like that and if they had too many of 1 kind of cards they would keep them for a certain time the into the trash 🗑. These were 2 for a dollar 💵??

My husband agrees with what his father did that flowers are bad gifts as they die and cards just collect.. difference is his dad did it anyway. But my husband has given me flowers only a couple of times in 38 years and cards only about three times. He tries to get me not to get gifts for are grown daughters or grandkids, and I’m the type who loves giving gifts to people. Funny couple we make.
