That's a tough one! Both are delicious. However, I have a preference of Lechon Manok (Baliwag brand) which is best with gravy and what they call "atsara" it's like a side dish for the lechon manok. It's my go to food when i want a healthy food but fast to order and delicious 🤤. For the pares mami, i also prefer to know it was made clean and my favorite restaurant is "The original pares" or "Pares retiro". But also, i have this one favorite found in the La Mesa Eco Park where you have option to order the cow's brain. It turns out like just a mayonnaise but savory 🧠😁✌️
