There's nothing wrong with the 225 Dauntless V6 (Buick 225 'Odd Fire) that was original to these. I run one in a '46 Flattie, Kenne Bell equipped, MSD, too much carb, headers, 4 speed through T18 with Warn Overdrive.. . Parts are, indeed, available for the 225.
