ANALYSIS of Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle, little throttle immediately dies and cvt noisy | cheated

The motor problem this time was enough to make cak didik confused and misanalyzed, although in the end the causes and consequences could be found and resolved. Used automatic motorbikes produced by Yamaha Indonesia, Mio Sporty and Mio Soul, which have 2 problems, namely, the engine makes a loud, happy sound when the gas gets louder and when the engine is stationary, it feels nice and flat, but with a little gas, the engine dies, happens very often. Cak didik finished one by one first, by checking and cleaning the carburetor to find the cause of the gas being added a little, the engine immediately died. As soon as removing the cover of skepticism, it turns out that skepticism is stuck when pulled. Then removing and disassembling the syringe, it turned out that the condition of the nozzle and the nozzle was dirty and crusty like an old unused one. Cak didik clean it using a broom stick to clean the nozzle hole and nozzle. After all the components of the carburetor are installed and a little bit of knack for rubbing the skepticism of the carburetor and the carburetor's skepticism housing using fine rubbing paper, finally the skepticism can move smoothly. At the end of the video, cak didik try to test the engine to check the gas work. It worked, the gas was normal, but only the sound of the engine shrieked srek srek srek. The possibility of this problem is because the old used mio motor has never been used or the old engine does not start, eventually the carburetor is clogged and jammed.

coba cek dulu kompresi mesin, kemungkinan tekanan kompresi turun, akibatnya kevakuman utk sedot udara n bbm berkurang.

Mas klo setingan gasnya terlalu kecil apakah ngaruh ya mas klo pas mesin dingin saat mau dipanasin terus saya gas sedikit abistu langsung saya lepas gas tiba tiba langsung mati

@@raflylili9970 lho, sebenernya standart nya ada, mgkn dilepas. gpp, kemungkinan bagian katup diafragma bulat yg ada di pinggir karburator bocor/sobek/lubang

kemungkinan karburator, cek pilot jet mgkn tersumbat n cek karet katup diafragma di samping karburator mgkn bocor.

Mas mau tanya dong di selah hidup kalo di gas knceng lancar tapi ga lama mati diselah lagisusah hidupnya knp ya mas

kemungkinan bermasalah di kran otomatisnya, coba cek selang vakum yg kecil yg nancep di manipol karbu, kemungkinan bocor ( jadi bbm tdk mengalir lancar kenceng/lambat/pelan ). tes, selang kecil di sedot kemudian selang besar yg dari tangki menuju karbu di copot, cek apakah bbm mengalir kenceng !
