Hey man, HR wise it's pretty accurate. SpO2 wise, thankfully I'm always at 99% so hard to tell if it will work when it's below that number. I certainly hope I don't fall below that!
Next to 70mai's previous watch (the sapphire watch), which had better looking menus (less lag), oled screen with saphire glass on it, this new watch looks really cheap and worthless. also they only released like one update for the previous watch with like 20 watchfaces and never released any new ones. not recommended to buy.
