Hi! Thank you for taking the time in making this video, it was insightful, I am going to keep it in mind when reading "Never get angry Again" by DAVID J. LIEBERMAN.
I have a question, I've never understood the following, what it means to "let go" of a grudge or hatred? If you need an example let me know.
But yeah, keep doing what ya doing, it great!🙂

Hi Javier and welcome to the channel! I'm glad you're getting something from my videos 🙂! Anger is a very interesting topic. I wish you lots of insights from that book. And yes, this year I spoke on letting go of grudges - glad you found the video! 👍

Glad you got something from this! 🙂Yes, I can speak about stress and emotional attachments. 👍🏻 I have a general idea of what you mean - could you share a few more thoughts on what this question means to you with an example? (People mean many different things when they say „stress“ or „attachment“ and I‘d like to be sure to understand what your exact understanding is.)

Oh, that sounds challenging. I wish you all the best and thank you for your prayers! I had the surgery this week, and it went very well. The surgeon was very satisfied. I'm glad it's behind me :-)
