I have been a chef for 6 years now and I was a line cook at many restaurants for 7 years before that. I have a passion for cooking in America and I love to see these rural recipes from self sustaining cultures. It's truly beautiful and I will definitely be stealing this recipe
I wonder how will you set this up (a camp) in a restaurant kitchen and tell your customers to wait few more hours as you go through all the steps of preparing such a meal.
You just have to figure how not to let it dry out so damn much.

And one more thing many popular touristic restaurants in Turkey makes similiar recipes and not only fish they doing chicken, fish and even beef.

That running water he washed the fish with must be absolutely freezing. I grew up on mountain, no one washes things with running water during winter. This is fake.

@@imharbinger This is like a million dollar outdoor camp. He's done actual catch and cooks at other locations but they made a set like this for a reason. Trust me it doesn't reduce his skill when he's custom building things on the fly to cook with. But yeah this is a "camp setting" and the water likely has a pump.

Такая зажаристая нежная рыба, люблю такой способ готовки. Прям представил как она хрустит и в то же время таит во рту. Замечательный рецепт. Салат аппетитный, витаминный. Лепешки вовремя. Всё домашнее, всё своё! Класс! А снег пришёл к вам снова! Красота! Снег лежит очень живописно на такой местности.. Ляпота!) Туман добавляет загадочности... Все шикарно. Где то даже загадочно, а в чем то удивительно. Спасибо за эмоции. Широкой души человек!

Salt water fish is a lot better than river fish and they are more tastier than a salmon.
It means that a chef could effect us with his silence too... No speaking, more natural action and satisfaction guaranteed. What else could I say. I wish I could meet you in person my friend. Would love to at least experience this beauty even if only once.
