It's got to be the lighting, because I recently passed an eye test that specifically checked for red/green differentiation, and this watch looks straight up blue to me.
I own this model and am very happy to see it finally being reviewed outside of Japan. I love the deep green sunray dial and the applied indices, but in this video, it looks more blue than green, possibly due to the lighting. The series of SEIKO x TicTAC anniversary watches (SZSB006, SZSB007, SZSB021, SZSB025, SZSB026 & SZSB028) could fit bracelets with endlinks which were designed for SARB033, making these models even more versatile. However, to a certain point, these models feel like they are being made with leftover parts. On SZSB021, the fact that the hands are lumed but not the indices feels incoherent. On SZSB025 and 026, which have no date window, the ghost date position of 4R-35 remains😅. I guess the design incoherence is ok for the price.
I scored an SZSB014 for $220. It had a good case, and a great bracelet for cheap Seiko, but the hardlex crystal stopped me for wearing it. I got an even better deal on a SARX083 / SPB203 for less than $600, so I had to sell the little guy. I think this series would be better than the SARB series if they only had sapphire. The TicTac models are obviously even cooler (with the same quality case & bracelet), but Seiko really shines at the level above this (SARX and SARD models). If one looks hard enough, you can score a sharp edge after tax and shipping for $700, perhaps a grand for the GMT. These watches are where Seiko shines. I just do not buy the more affordable Seiko watches anymore. The Sumo is probably as low as I will go. It is a shame, but Seiko clearly seems to want to cede the affordable market to the micros and Chinese brands.
Theres false advertisement from Belmont side since theres significant difference between acrylic and hardlex mineral crystal-You cant polish Seikos crystal
Classy Alpinist. I like it.

Yep, I don't see any green also...

How limited is it?
Thoughts on the cream dial tictac
@@tonyveliz6948 sorry, I don't know which model you're referencing
Seiko SZSB032, same watch with cream/ivory dial
@@tonyveliz6948 not a fan
If that dial is green my wife is Margot Robbie
Why am I seeing a blue watch?
It has blue hues depending on the lighting

No offense, but you definitely need a better loupe..
You had me right up until Hardlex.
I will say that I've never been able to scratch a hardlex, so it's not just your typical mineral crystal
