This is how i break it down, but its different cause everyone ability is different.
      Normal Warm up
Quick Hips drills to get our hips loose
some type of footwork to warm up a little more ex. Ladders
Pedal series and breaks or crossover breaks depending on what we are working on for the day
Now we get into the main work so if its press day we do drills for that, if its off man day we do that or maybe just breaks only day
then incorporate ball drills throughout the workout
do some type of live reps something with a partner
end with releases and or conditioning
      Hope that helps cousin!

I would say focus on getting your footwork and technique on point. Obviously continue to work on getting bigger faster and stronger but you want to also work on your flexibility and hips. If you could run track do that also to work on getting faster.

Hi coach, I've been wondering why in press man you wanna keep your knees together and feet wide. is there a mechanical advantage over having your knees apart?

Its really just staying within your frame, once you step outside your frame you cant generate enough power to move and its just making you take more steps to get back, plus less chance of injuries.
