Richard McFadden I was just reading Song of the Paddle a moment ago, then got on the computer and this was here. Becky mentioned how people have been influence by her dad. I am one of them. I even went so far as to get a red prospector a few years ago. Which brings me to why I am commenting. In the book, "Song of the Paddle" Bill Mason says, "Rustrum was my hero. I devoured everything he wrote". I have done the same with Bill Mason. Thank you Bill Mason. Thank you Calvin Rustrum. Thank you Becky
We always watched Your dad before any major canoe trip just to refresh our memory. And loved north of Superior river trips . Like the White River and the Steel River plus several more . That was 40 years ago. Oh to able to kneel for hours again. Thanks cheers 🇨🇦👍
Thank you Becky for continuing your father's legacy. I watched Bill's films back in school while growing up and remember them with fondness. I now show snippets of them to my university students. He had a beautiful heart and I can see it ptransplanted in you! Keep up the great work!!
