Apparently you did not know the services that the postal service does. For years they have sold item’s undeliverable through auction. You’re a prime example why the postal service sucks now
Considering packages were marked "IA" and "NMR", that would be from the USPS. Could have also been "NSS", "NSN", or "UNK".

Yeah, Otaku Box is a scam company. I purchased one once, it had half of what they claimed would be in it, and the figure they promised was not what they sent. The company then made excuses about everything, so I instantly cancelled the subscription. After all, it is just a box filled with cheap Chinese knockoff garbage

I completely get what you're taking about regarding them not being true undeliverables. But from all of these types of videos, it's the same type of stuff that you've opened up from real undeliverables.
I have bought from RR and I always wondered about the same return address, well explained, now I know what that's about!This is the only unclaimed mail I have ever bought as I don't know where else to buy it from.

Ethically how can you be sure random companies selling undeliverable mail aren't just porch pirates reselling stolen packages if you aren't buying direct from USPS, UPS or FEDEX?

Hey! I saw some things on those packages that mean that they technically was undeliverable mail. Only in the since that they did not have a full address. If you notice any packages marked "IA" it means insufficient address. I agree it was not undeliverable mail in the since that it could not even have been returned to the sender. Hope this info helps. I saw one that said "NMR" (No Mail Receptacle). Yet another reason something would get returned by the USPS.
Honestly, the stuff in this video isn't any worse than the stuff in the other videos.
I'd hazard a guess that both companies are owned by the same people.. it's just a way of them getting rid of return stock.

Seems a bit far fetched.
We bought what was called missing mail a while back. It was about $5 a package same thing it always returns to one company out of jersey. As soon as I looked at it I knew what it was. But at least I made my money back plus. But now I'm constantly on the lookout and I rather go to where they're selling it to check it out before I buy it. I know you can't always do it that way

If their website says anywhere the items included were undeliverable that seems like it would be fraud. All they're doing is liquidating their customer returns via a 3rd party (they probably own and decided it would be more cost-effective to just resell returned product than process it and restock) and that's how it should be advertised. That Otaku box sells for $29.95 and is generic anime...the company is registered in Delaware so obviously not actually in the US. I don't know who suggested you buy a box from this company but I have a feeling the subscribers suggesting it might work for the company because why would a normal person think this was worth the price? Maybe you guys could keep a list of these sketchy box sellers on your website and disclose what they actually send out.
A number of the packages were marked "IA" which is short for "Insufficient Address". So they were undeliverable because there wasn't enough of an address for the carrier to deliver it. Usually it's because someone didn't fill out their address correctly when they placed the order. Sometimes with foreign orders it can happen due to differences in how addresses are formatted.
I noticed another one was marked "NMR" which means "No Mail Receptacle" (i.e. no mailbox at address). In the US, if you don't have an appropriate mailbox, they aren't supposed to deliver your mail to you.
Otaku is just uncensored anime, not adult toys. I've gotten a few of them. Not extremely valuable, but a pretty good way to get anime figures and supplies for your own collection. if you're into that kind of anime.

We bought 3 boxes from amazon tool liquidation. $135.00 to end up with a small box of 2 other small boxes of cheap no name tools. The bit broke the first time using it. They're so poorly manufactured, they are a little higher than toys in quality. May be worth $15. No tracking, very poor communication. All the pictures on advertising, you don't get those items.
The undeliverable postal packages. In some warehouses, they go through with xray or opening and then repackage. They keep most of the good stuff.
Those are all scam companies...packaging up Temu crap and reselling it to suckers.

What if it was double dip scam. People order the stuff they sell, the company then packages it up "delivers" the stuff to a warehouse, where it sits "undelivered". The Main company then up and closes shop after making money, but has a shell company that sells the "undelivered Mail" and makes a double dip on profits.

On one of my packages from RR, the sender is a China but US based shipping company. Looked up the tracking number on their website, showed that it shipped from China to the US, but there must have been a problem with delivery, hence it is undelivered mail, just not from the US but China.
You could land helicopters with a 4000 lumen flashlight 🔦.
I suspect that the 4000 lumens on lasts for about 15 minutes.
That company is messed up!

sounds like the company my guy bought from a while ago bot 2 computers got one and did not ever get the other and found out they r scammers of some sort it was crazy how it all ended out

Anything that is returned because it was postage due at the delivery point, the sender has to pay that postage to get it back... usually the sender didnt put enough postage on the package or used duplicate labels to ship something...
Or non-media mail sent with the media mail rate. Most people don't realize that if you use the media mail rate, you do give the USPS permission to potentially open the package to make sure that its contents do qualify for that rate. If they find something that disqualifies it, either the sender or recipient will have to pay the difference.

They all xray all packages. They pickout packages worth money. The rest are sold. Some dont xray, they just open and repackage...

Be aware Becky (yeah Clint too) Anime is a very general term it basically encompasses Manga and Hentai. Or comics/cartoons and then also the erotic version thereof. My guess is you got a subscription box of the latter.

USPS only sells pallets full of items. These youtubers only want to buy little amounts at a time. I think it's mainly due to available storage at their place.

It's like amazon, they don't check their returns, so they sell them off in bulk without opening them to get their money back. Less work, more money.
