Old post but, that's a kick-ass machine. Thanks for not power braking it. I don't know why everyone now-a-days is so impressed by a power-brake burn out. That was "ALL MOTOR" right there! True horsepower! Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome .
At first I thought it was going to be another idling around video. But when I seen the Louisiana tags I knew he would light em up.
10-4 !!!
Beautiful to the eyes and ears!
Sound like a yacht ❤❤❤
Badass car❤❤❤
My neighbor had one new and I would get home from school, do my chores and sit at the kitchen table to watch him come home every day in summer of 69, like this one but had et dimond spoke wheels
Why did you have school in the summer?
@@dougott2974 Cause ole Rob be a lying about it.
@@dougott2974didn’t realize American schools ended at spring break!
@@Thenowinsurl We have spring break in March. Then go back until the end of May when summer break starts.
I'm a pontiac man but there is nothing, nothing that looks better than a Mopar with those big and skinnies. Slotted mags rule. Sick car my man.
Thanks for the kind words my friend , I agree !
Never any traffic until you want to have a little fun.
Met this beauty again as a coincidence in the suggestion column and realised I didn't hit the like button. Sadly you can do it only once. I still get surprised how a big-big car that some idiots call "like a brick" looks so sharp, handsome yet elegant. A trunk and hood both bigger than a luxury class dining table... but it is beautiful. I dearly love those...
Kind words, Thank You .
The B bodies are huge but a lot lighter than people think. And they get very good traction. I think my 66 Charger weighs around 3500 lbs. 900 lbs less than a new Charger. Not sure though.
Soo cool, love that stance with the big rear tires.
Exhaust sounds great! stance is perfect! nice!
Thank you!!!
Best cars ever made.Super bee chargers cudas coronet.Pure power.
Had the same deep dish mags all round on my 65 PB Vauxhall Velox, looked sick ! Ha! 🤣👍
Perfect exhaust sound!! Mopar is the best!
I agree mopar is the best
Had a 70 model super bee back in the day.
I missed out on one in 1999 for $3K original paint , no rust .
The power adds fun factor..
Outstanding 😲😳
My brother bought a new super bee in 1969 and he would let me borrow it Friday nights to run the loop in Lancaster PA. The first date I had with my wife we were sixteen years old. Got chased by the PA state police racing a sixty nine 396 Chevrolet. We didn't get caught and she swore she'd never ride in a car with me again. Good times.
Molar or no Car !
Mopar
Fucking phone
🍀Getting R done 😎✌️
The pipe resonance👌
what a choice old ground pounder love those old big block mopar's charger's super bee's gtx's road runner's
A work of art beautiful car.
Thank you!
I always loved that body style.
That Coke bottle design is sexy , kind of like most women used to be , Fine Figured .
My brother took me, his daughters and wife in his to Disneyland in 1970. Think we we made it from Yuma AZ to Anaheim in about 45 minutes. Old School Cool.
here how fast that went from first to second to third!
That was 630 lbs ft of Torque .
69 Bee is my dream car
Burnout from the roll! Can you say
S-U-P-E-R B-A-D? Why sure you can.😊
Maaaaaan my favorite color too!
That was impressive, seriously...
I like the rake.
Thanks Friend .
No, not by standing on the brake.,, FROM A ROLL, JACK ! Hail yea 😎👍! That's quite a bit o' meat in the back, did you use air shocks, or springs to lift & keep from rubbing the tire face ? I've got a 68 net, and only about a 1/2", with 10" keystones & 60's.
Thanks friend , Air shocks Super Stock springs outback .
MUSIC TO THE EARS, AND THE BITCH WAS BORN TO RUN👍
A mid-late 70s era correct hot rod. Beautiful wish I would've lived then
Sauberer klang ☺️👍🏻
Gorgeous Superbee, love the color. What shade of green is it?
Thanks , F6 Green .
Beauty! Next time stay on the throttle longer so we can hear the high rpm shifts. Or better yet, video it at a drag strip. That would be awesome if you want to show off your engine, not just the paint and wheels. :)
Any longer he would have ended up in the ditch. I was getting a little squirrely on him at the end of the video.
Superbee lot nicer car then the roadrunner we allknow that A1
This is what I grew up on!!! 👀😳
I had a 69 and 1/2 super Bee383 4-speed with the matching Coronet 440 don't sell them it'll hunt you forever 🍀 get R done 😎✌️
love aluminum slots
Hermoso dodge la verdad
Nice love the tires
Beautiful car dude in the truck messed up your video but still turned out alright
Beauty
Thats The nicest "B" ive ever saw
From a roll, I love it. Great cam also ?
Wow, it Shifted to 3rd too?
Look how it looks good with one piece hood scoop. Double scoops killing the features of the car, on any model. Great car.
I agree , Thanks
Read the sign people "Private drive no turn around" I'm trying to do burnouts here!😁🤪 In a one minute video 3 cars go by.
Love the slots, had some on my Challenger.
In the early 1970s I bought a '68 Coronet R/T 440 4spd Dana 4.56 for $800, a '70 Road Runner 383 for $750, a '70 Dart 340 for $1000(on payment to a friend), I can't remember how much I paid for a '68 GTO but I know it was well under a grand. Before that I bought a 1964 GTO 4 spd for $250, a '64 Dodge Polara 500 383 4 spd (with a cracked block) for $250. Talk about wishing you could go back in time...
Sorry, my reply was supposed to be for "spaghetti smith" who commented on buying cars like this for a few thousand in their day.
MOPAR FOREVER. SUPER COOL !
Carrão da hora
what a car!
One sweet bee !!!!!!!!!!
I am thinking about putting it up for sale . Thanks for the kind words .
Is this man Marine or Army green? First, thanks for your service. 2nd please don't wrap that car up, the way it started to drift gave me a flashback of what happened to me. I had a '72 340 Duster that was an absolute blast to drive and I was lucky I didn't wrap it around a tree or rolling it several times, especially after many of my first post deployment drive in 9+ months of being away.
Always a Grunt . I drive a chemical tanker for a living .
Yea! That is all.
Lord, forgive me for blaspheming, but Goddamn if that's not the perfect car!
I remember crushing one in 89 cause it wasn't a general Lee car. Guy cried at the crusher
I bet he did !
@@ellislejeune8150 My dad ran a huge salvage yard in cali in 70'$ thru early 90'$. Dad said he actually sold a few chargers to the guys who built Gen Lee cars. I had no idea in 89 these bees would be worth cash today. It wasn't a HEMI but it as well as several Belvedere's were 440 cars. Dad kept a 70 cause it had zero rust and it was a six cylinder. Over the years I've been called a liar but I not only have pictures but we still have the 70. We dropped a new 6.4 hemi and an older 4speed in it. Yes we kept the original 6cylinder that no one believed came in it till we found the build sheet in the car. We now reside in muscle shoals Alabama. Take care
Get Some!
Ooooorah !!!
👍👍
What mods are on the car it's awesome 👌
500 inch motor , period correct wheels .
That is one BAD BEE
Awesomeness!!:):)
bad ass..nice color
What's the Rim size front and rear ALSO tire size front and rear thank you
29x12.50x15 on 8.5 rear , 26x7.50x15 on 3.5 front . Mickey Thompson rear , Fenton on front .
@@ellislejeune8150 thanks man
Wow That is just mean looking can’t go wrong with slots on a Mopar
Thanks friend , I agree !
it is the most beautiful thing that i have even seen but the 727 transmission is a total loss you should put a tremec t56 6 speed and believe me you coronet will fly
My opinion big Mopars broad power range work best with automatics.
HB
And you could buy these back in the day for a few thousand......im gonna be sick now ugh....🤢🤧😭
When I bought this in 82 , I gave $ 2 K .
That looks 1970s stance
About lost it..whew..
But my dream is a 68/69 CHARGER R/T 440 6 PK
In 1998 I had an opportunity to buy a 68 F8 Hemi Charger 4 speed Clone $ 16 K . Project car that was 95% done . I didn`t have room for another project @ that time . Much Regrets !!!
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned
from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the
Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas
station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel
pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in
the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems,
turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and
New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be
done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of
crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.:-((
Communism sucks !!!

Either your drunk or you need a drink - judging by your shaking.
No shaking there, just REAL american muscle!!!!
Gm short version charger . plymouth roadrunner
You could easily stash 4 cadavers in that trunk
You know it ! Drive Inn Theaters hated those big Trunks !
Cadavers in trunk leave bad smell.

Got a hot date
And I want to impress her
She certainly would be impressed !!!
Private drive no turn around? How pathetic.... "Don't touch my property"...
