Unfortunately that's one of the cons of living in a house. You have to do all the majntenance yourself. Tend to the yard, clean the driveways and the footpath in front, all the maintenance inside the house n all

As I told, prices have skyrocketed this year and this was an exceptional deal - which is why we toured the place on behalf of our friends so they could avail it!! Vancouver is even expensive than GTA as per my knowledge! right now, the situation in GTA is no different. 1 bedroom apartments are even going as high as 2800CAD at the moment in some areas!

I fail to understand why Canadian housing so expensive. The entire country including GTA has so much empty land. In US, prices are high in areas where no land is available. Here it’s totally empty near Milton, Oakville etc.very strange. These small homes should be less 1500.

well its the government and their policies - the recent govt has created so much gap in the housing, the permits are hard to get approved and the processing times are high - so with that, the supply and demand has a huge difference now resultantly the price hike! lets hope if and when the government changes, the situation improves!

see when you move into a non-muslim country you have to adjust your expectations accordingly - there will be NO such place like you are expecting. Yes you WILL find majjds here in every are/city - more in some than in others - but we need to understand this is not a Muslim country - so we HAVE to compromise. Milton, Missisauga, Brampton in GTA have a high # of mosques! rest, everey city has Muslim centres 😊
