Ingredients
Tomato 500 gms
Tamarind lemon sized
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - Byadagi 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic 2
Dried red chilly 2
Hing 1 pinch
Jaggery 20 gms
