Dear mr Celliers I am all for automization and digital banking, but please don't let FNB lose it's personal touch. I find it hard to "talk" to or type my queries to a faceless voice that doesn't hear me, or who I don't understand! I can't even phone my branch for help anymore... This last week I received a response 10 days after I send my email. I'm frustrated!
Great interview, will you be doing an interview with all the South African "Big Banks"? I would be very interested to hear what Capitec has to say about its new Employee share program and what growth it has seen in its new business banking venture, I'd also like to hear about what Standard bank, Nedbank and Absa are doing to pivot in these challenging time.
