KISS interview and performance of Detroit Rock City and Deuce on Arsenio on May 20, 1993. I originally recorded this off of TV on my VHS VCR. Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Bruce Kulick, Eric Singer.

I was a freshman in high school in May of '93. Everyone had Seattle band tees under their flannel shirts; I rocked Kiss tees under mine.

    Concerning Eric Carr RIP,
    Paul and Gene are thankful:
he deserves everything. We wouldn't be here today. That's acknowledgement🌹

I always liked Arsenio's show, he was the first late night guy who didn't seem like a total fake, to me, anyway. I missed this episode back in the day though.

Paul at the peak of his front man abilities, band as tight as they ever were... Really a great period for the band. Wish they would have kept this going and given at least one more Revenge type album. And Eric being Eric is a beast on the drums.... He looks like a bored and sedated caged animal pretending to be Peter.

Kiss retired a couple weeks ago, in December of 2023. They played their last show where they played their first show in New York City. Fifty years. 1973 - 2023.
I saw them once on their Tenth Anniversary Tour. There were very few people there, and Ace had just left at the start of that tour, thou he was listed as being on the tour, he didn't play a single show.. There's no replacing Ace, but it was the first time I saw Vinny Vincent.
Motley Crue opened before them, playing some stuff that would come out on their next record - _Shout at the Devil._

Remember it well, well kinda.....my drinking was at its peak by `93....anyway,that`s for another day..........I DO remember the weekend before,KISS was celebrating the AliveIII release on a weekly radio show caled "Pirate Radio" and I think Lonn Friend was hosting at the time.Anyway,I taped the whole 3 hour show on 3 blank cassettes and somehow lost 1 of those tapes....For the last almost 30 friggin` years I`ve been trying to locate a copy of this show,in ANY type of format, and have struck out every damn time,so I implore anyone and everyone who reads this,if you have any idea about this radio show I`m talking about;it was the Sat. night after they were given a star on 'Rock-Walk',in L.A.,I assume....if you have any clue as to how I can at least get in touch with anyone with a copy of this show,I owe you big time.................Thanx so much,Frustrated on the Coast of Maine--lol...

I wonder if Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick had their own character what they would be

There was a sort of contest where people were asked to come up with some ideas for an original character for Bruce. The video isn't too hard to find, and there were some very interesting results.
